Seasonal activity
Our kayaks are available during the spring and summer. You can enjoy this refreshing activity from approximately April to September, both inclusive. However, we advise you to check with us the exact dates, once the season approaches, as they strongly depend on the weather conditions.
What to wear
It is convenient to wear a swimming costume or clothes and shoes that can get wet to practise this sports activity and enjoy the most of it. In addition, it is not advisable to wear flip-flops, as losing them in the water is possible. In this case, it is preferable to be barefoot or use closed footwear such as water sandals. Non-waterproof objects, such as keys, smartphones, etc., can be kept in a dry box that the instructors will provide at the beginning of the activity. It is recommended, on the other hand, to bring a change of clothes in your car, so that you can get changed when our ride ends.
Location
Riosequillo reservoir headwaters on the Lozoya river is the place to enjoy our kayaking in Madrid, and it is 5 km away from Camping Monte Holiday. At the campsite reception, we will provide you with all the information about how to get there. Transport towards the activity meeting point is not included in the rate; therefore, it is the client’s responsibility.
